Semicoa Announces 12 New PNP Transistors Devices Aimed At Low-Power, High-Speed

COSTA MESA, Calif. August 7, 2003-- Semicoa Receives DSCC Qualification to MIL-PFR-19500/382

Semicoa unveils their 2N2944A, 2N2945A & 2N2946A family of low-power, high-speed chopper PNP transistors. Semicoa offers this family of transistors in both the TO-46 and cersot 'UB' package types as well as die form.

Semicoa received formal DSCC product Notification of Qualification, MIL-PRF-19500M, FCS 5961. This DSCC certification states "Qualification of your product is granted under the current issue of the specification as a result of successful testing of device type JANS2N2946A to Performance Specification MIL-PRF-19500M, Semiconductor Devices, FSC5961, and performance specification /382."

The DSCC QPL qualification includes the Semicoa JAN, JANTX, JANTXV and JANS quality levels.
