Semicoa announces their 2N6987, 2N6988, 2N6989 and 2N6990 family of silicon switching transistors manufactured in compliance to the Defense Supply Center, Columbus QPL qualifications including JAN, JANTX, JANTXV and JANS quality levels. Semicoa offers this family of transistors in two package types:

Combining four 2N2222A or four 2N2907A transistor dies into a quad chip array within a single package saves design engineers valuable printed circuit board real estate.
