COSTA MESA, Calif. July 30, 2007–- SEMIOCA Secures Industry Veteran Perry Denning as CEO

SEMICOA announced the appointment of Perry Denning as CEO. Perry joins SEMICOA bringing more than 37 years of experience in the semiconductor industry which includes roles as general manager and VP of Operations. His extensive background will bring SEMICOA’s highly regarded industry reputation to a new level by strengthening SEMICOA’s current core business as well as addressing new product and market opportunities.

Denning’s experience includes the establishment of volume manufacturing & supply chain systems for both commercial and Military/Aerospace companies. He has been responsible for the operation, reliability, and quality of fabrication, assembly, and test facilities for emerging and established companies. He has experience in the design and start-up of green-field site facilities in California, Texas and Switzerland. Included in his background is the general manager position of the Semiconductor Division of Celeritek, a manufacturer of RF semiconductor components, where he took an archaic laboratory scale RF-IC business to high-volume consumer and military markets growing at 35% quarter on quarter.

Perry has led world-wide semiconductor operations and has held responsibilities of VP of Operations and Quality for inSilica and for IC Media. Prior to that, he was VP of Operations at VLSI Technology and MoSys. Perry began his career at Texas Instruments, where he had operational management of two advanced wafer fabrication facilities.
