Re.: Semicoa's Policy Concerning Lead Free Products & lead finish
A significant portion of Semicoa's products are discrete transistors built compliant to MIL-PRF-19500 and associated slash sheets. Many of these parts are solder dipped per Appendix H of MIL-STD-19500. Presently, this finish is a tin/lead solder. At present Semicoa has no intentions of changing this process until DSCC (the Defense Supply Center Columbus) gives a clear indication of changing this specification.
