X-array® Photodiode Arrays
This series of photodiode arrays are back-illuminated (backlit diode) and designed specifically for x-ray detection with the incorporation of scintillator crystals. These photodiodes have optimized performance for x-ray detection with characteristics such as low leakage, tuned wavelength sensitivity, low noise and high speed.

X-array® can be tiled to create large area detection systems.
The X-array® is designed for x-ray inspection systems such as Baggage Scanning (hand carry luggage, checked baggage, bulk cargo), Shipping Container cargo inspection, Backscatter systems and Non-Destructive Testing inspection systems.
