SEMICOA has been a leader in the manufacture of its transistors using Source Control Drawings (SCD’s) issued by military and space agencies and their respective contractors. SCD devices are manufactured, screened and tested to customer requirements as specified in the SCD document package. The SCD product may be direct derivatives of existing MIL-PRF-19500 devices on which SEMICOA already holds qualification, or they may be custom devices. They may be a blend of our total chip and package capabilities including chips and packages that are not part of our standard QPL offering.
